It has been successful from the beginning. Sellers were so happy they finally had a choice & they could save THOUSANDS IN COMMISSIONS.

After many years working for the larger national companies Nancy started SELLER’S CHOICE® REAL ESTATE SERVICES she felt having a menu of services would better serve her clients in that they could participate in selecting the plan that best suited the client’s needs, with variable commissions. She knew how good the concept was and in 2005 after months of waiting received the Federal Trademark, it was granted from the US Trademark and patent office.
